Peru: U.S. Pilot Detained with 9.8 kilos of Cocaine

A United States pilot has been detained in Peru’s Jorge Chavez Airport in Callao, Peru, for carrying 9.8 kilograms of cocaine in his luggage. The 62-year-old pilot was arrested when he was about to pilot a flight to Sao Paolo, Brazil, en route to Asia. He said that the luggage belonged to him but that the cocaine did not. teleSUR
