How to stupidly get your car illegally back onto a highway in China

CCTV footage has emerged from China of the funny moment two people stood at both ends of a car trying hide the license plates from the surveillance cameras as they tried to get back onto a highway.

In the video, captured on a security camera in Jiangxi Province this month, the black SUV can be seen gradually moving backwards to a road fork with a pair of "human covers" blocking the view of the license plates.

Unfortunately, their carefulness failed to protect their identities as other cameras along the way had already captured the information and a fine was inevitable, according to news reports.
