At least 12 presidential guards killed in bomb attack in Tunis

At least 12 Tunisian presidential guards are dead after an explosion in downtown Tunis. The interior ministry says another 17 people were wounded when the bus carrying them exploded. Tunisia's president announced a curfew in the capital that started at 9 pm local time and will continue until 5 am on Wednesday. President Beji Caid Essebsi also declared a state of emergency for the next 30 days.
