Kuvendi i Maqedonisë nis rreth orës 13:00 një seance debati për te vendosur se çfarë do te behet me regjistrimin e popullsisë, pasi qeveria dorëzoi mbrëmjen e se mërkurës një projektligj për ndërprerjen e vlefshmërisë se ligjit te mëparshëm, qe praktikisht bën te pavlefshëm gjithë procesin e deritanishëm te regjistrimit.
