Africa and European leaders discuss migrant crisis

African and European leaders meet in Malta to discuss the migration crisis which has seen hundreds of thousands flee to Europe. Meanwhile, at least 14 migrants have drowned in the latest boat sinking between Turkey and Greece. Also, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari swears in a cabinet of 36 ministers in Abuja, almost six months after taking office. And on the streets of Cameroon, a controversial song called "Coller la Petite", or "Get close to the girl", is dividing opinions.
