Preparing bush medicine tea in the kitchen using frogwood, hard back, and strong back with commentary about uses of other bush such as stinging ants tree (a.k.a. stinging ass tree), bonavist bean, baby bush, sage (white sage). goat bush, eye bush, spoonwood, and sailor cap (periwinkle). Portions of audio and video transcripts appear in the book "Bush Medicine of the Bahamas," This video is part of a series on Bahamian bush medicine, and is the result of a four-year research study in the Bahamas.
