How to Make Calzone | By Maria Goretti

"Calzone is an Italian filled oven bread, originating in Naples, and shaped as a folded pizza. In this video, Maria Goretti shows you the tempting recipe of this popular Italian street food. Watch the video to grab the quick recipe of this delicious snack.

Ingredients used in preparing Calzone:
Pizza Dough
1/2 tbsp Oregano
Spinach Leaves
200 gm Shredded Cheese
Boiled Corn
1 Red Bell Pepper Finely Chopped
Fresh Basil Leaves
Salt

How to make Calzone:
Add 1/2 tbsp of Oregano to pizza dough. To know how to prepare pizza dough just click here: http://goo.gl/FcFpc2
Take a silicone sheet and roll out the pizza dough very slowly
Spread a handful of Spinach leaves over the dough
Also add 200 gm shredded cheese
Now add 1 finely chopped bell pepper and some fresh basil leaves.
Cut the dough into slices and fold it.
Smear it with milk
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle a bit of raw salt over the baked calzone.
