Pope Francis Expected to Address Social Issues During U.S. Visit

In his first visit to the United States, Pope Francis is expected to discuss social issues such as immigration, world peace, poverty, racism and discrimination. Activists in Washington, D.C. are taking advantage of the Pontiff's 48-hour visit to the city, by mounting protests on a broad range of social issues that he has addressed in the past.
