The Who are postponing the first four dates on its 50th-anniversary tour as Roger Daltrey recovers from an "unspecified virus".
A representative for the veteran band said that The Who Hits 50!
tour will not kick off on September 14 in San Diego as planned.
Also being postponed are shows scheduled for September 16 in Anaheim, California, September 19 in Las Vegas and September 21 in Los Angeles.
According the the band's official website, details on the rescheduled dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
No other details about Daltrey's illness were provided.
The Who will resume their tour on September 24 in Portland, Oregon.
