A Los Angeles County District Attorney is now deciding whether or not Caitlyn Jenner should face criminal charges relating to the deadly car crash, which killed 69-year-old Kim Howe. According to the LA Times the LA County Sheriff's detectives, who carried out the initial investigation into the fatal road traffic accident, have now presented their findings to prosecutors.
Their decision could see the reality TV star being charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter. A crime that could carry a sentence of one year in county jail. The incident happened prior to Caitlyn's transition, when Bruce Jenner, who was driving a Cadillac Escalade and towing a trailer, rear-ended a Lexus into oncoming traffic on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
