Ancient Koreans who went to Japan during the Baekje Kingdom formed a fundamental part of Japanese culture. We call them 'doraein', meaning visitor or arriver in Japanese.But now, there are newcomers, or the so-called 'new settlers', who migrated to Japan 20 to 30 years ago to seek a new life.They are creating another Korean image in Japan by introducing Korean culture and foods.We take a look at the lives of these newcomers in Japan.
