Trailer: This silent film shows graduates of National Youth Administration (NYA) schools operating lathes, presses, and milling machines. The film includes footage of young women welding and drilling, as well as close-up shots of young African-American men working on airplanes. The film has nice footage of the deck section of a submarine being assembled in shipyard.
