The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again @ Tacoma Dome, WA, USA, 16 August 1989.
Right at the end of the song Pete pierces his hand with his guitar's whammy bar while windmilling.
Quote from Mark Wilkerson's book "Amazing Journey":
Pete, unable to move his fingers and in “quite severe shock”, was rushed to the hospital, leaving the band to perform an encore consisting of Twist and Shout and Hey Joe without him. “It just so happened that in Tacoma there’s this brilliant microsurgeon who irrigated it with a saline solution for an hour and a half,” Pete said in 2000. A series of dexterity tests was performed and it was discovered that no nerves or tendons had been damaged. The tremolo arm had pierced the webbing between Pete’s fingers and nothing more. “Next day,” Pete recalled, “it was healed.”
“That night I was sufficiently coward enough to pray,” Pete told Guitarist.
