Those who were tasked at monitoring the radar and "slept on the job" when MH370 went missing should be sacked.
In an event held at the KL and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall entitled "The tragedy of MH370 — Accident or Human Error", Constitutional law expert Tommy Thomas said it was a grave mistake to have missed that when it happened.
He said the moment they seen something had gone way off on the radar, it should have rang alarm bells.
