Colombian Gov't to Charge FARC Leaders with War Crimes

Colombia's Public Prosecutor announced that several top leaders of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), including some members of the rebel negotiating team in the Havana peace talks, will be charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity.
