A paper authored Penn State University, Columbia University, the US Department of Agriculture suggests a rare virus originating in Israel is most likely responsible for the dramatic and sudden disappearance of honey bees, and while these findings aren’t yet conclusive they do suggest earlier hypotheses may be wrong.
