Saint Lucia Welcomes Gay Tourists But Maintains Discriminatory Laws

Sexual activity between same-sex couples is illegal on most of the Caribbean islands that are dependent on tourism. Saint Lucia’s Minister of Tourism says the island nation has always welcomed gay tourists, but the live and let live attitude does not extend to a change in the laws that make same sex relations illegal.
