With less than a fortnight to go until Burundi's presidential elections, incumbent Pierre Nkurunziza is on the campaign trail. Also, French President François Hollande arrives in Cameroon to meet with long-time leader Paul Biya during a whistle-stop tour of West Africa. And Zimbabwe announces plans to make new black farmers pay rent on the farms they've been given, in order to compensate white farmers whose land was seized 15 years ago.
