Driver Taught a Lesson for Parking in Handicapped Spot

Don’t you hate when some able-bodied young person parks in the handicapped spot? One inconsiderate driver was taught a lesson in the Southern Brazilian town of Maringa after carelessly parking in a space marked for people with disabilities. The driver returned to his car to find the vehicle plastered with thousands of blue and white sticky notes arranged in the International Symbol of Access, a stick figure in a wheelchair.
