After a homeless man turned in $2,000 he found in a suitcase on the street to police, a fundraiser was set up to help him. More than $5,000 was raised, but the man asked that it all be donated to help others in need.

One homeless man’s response to being offered thousands of dollars is getting quite a bit of social media attention.It started when the unidentified individual in British Columbia, Canada found a suitcase containing 2,000 Canadian dollars in cash. 

Instead of keeping the money, the man in his 60s turned it over to the police, stating, "it was the right thing to do."
