Libération publishes Wikileaks revelations that US spied on French presidents

French newspaper Libération, in association with the news site Médiapart, has published revelations from Wikileaks that allege Washington eavesdropped on phone conversations by the last three French presidents.
Jacques Chirac, Nicolas Sarkozy and François Hollande are believed to have been listened to by the National Security Agency over the course of six years.
