Rooftops, apartment balconies, and spaces between buildings are turning green. Such phenomenon is the result of urban agriculture. Many cities all across the globe including Seoul are aware of the value of urban farming, its environmental benefits and contribution to healthy lifestyles. Furthermore, it creates new types of cultural communities. Urban agriculture provides a glimpse into the sustainable cities of the future. We interview the growing number of urban farmers and share the stories of farming in cities.
