Later in 2001, I took another Super-8 class, this time through the Film Arts Foundation. It was supposed to be about radical approaches to the medium--scratching, painting on film, stuff like that. I didn't break too much out of the box here unfortunately...
My friends Jamie, Joel, and I took a road trip to Roswell in July 2001 for the anniversary of the Incident. One day there was a costume contest. We dressed up but arrived too late to compete. Joel went as Mork, Jamie as a space stewardess, and I was an alien-ventriloquist-clown. Much thanks to Jamie for helping me pull that one off! My costumes never work without her.
