Mali's government, Tuareg rebels edge towards deal

The United Nations says Mali's government and Tuareg-led rebels have agreed to a local ceasefire and a raft of political guarantees. Also, Ghanaians are questioned over a fire at a petrol station in the capital which killed over 150 people. The fire service is trying to establish where exactly the blaze started. Our correspondent in Accra brings us the latest. Also, a man is shot dead in the Burundian capital, as protests over President Pierre Nkurunziza's third term bid flare once again.
