TransCom chair sees signing of wealth-sharing annex in days

MANILA, Philippines -- The chairman of the Transition Commission (TransCom) of the Philippine government and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) expects another annex of the Bangsamoro framework agreement to be signed by next week.
