Pinoys wait on economic growth to turn into jobs

MANILA -- The government has said the 7.8% first quarter economic expansion, when sustained, is something the poor will finally feel. However, a construction worker, despite his sector among those with the fastest growth rates in the first quarter, said he's no better off today versus a year ago.
