Philippines stays in Tier 2 in US human trafficking report

The Philippines remains in Tier 2 on the US State Department's latest report on human trafficking in nearly 190 countries. Tier 2 countries are those that do not fully comply with minimum standards to eliminate trafficking But are making significant efforts to do so.
