China: tanker accident makes 25 injuries

A tanker loaded with liquid oxygen suddenly lost control on Monday in Yanshi, central China’s Henan province, and injured 25 people. The tanker’s driver, surnamed Niu, said the vehicle had lost control due to brake failure.
