A small helicopter crashed in downtown Honolulu today, damaging a Mazda sedan.

The two-seat aircraft, operated by Mauna Loa Helicopters on the Big Island, was carrying a 71-year-old cameraman working on a photography assignment. The pilot, Julia Link, 30, said they were 3,000 feet above Punchbowl cemetery when the engine quit. She managed to guide the helicopter to Fort Street, but crashed into a parked Mazda after touching ground. No one was seriously injured in the accident.
