Old lady robbed by man on mobility scooter?

Tesco robbery: A man on a mobility scooter may have robbed a 79-year-old lady of her Tesco bag, which contained a purse with £90 in it, after she absentmindedly put it down.

The robbery took place on Crasswell Street, Portsmouth on April 22. Police released CCTV image of the man, and are hoping the public can help identify who he is. Although officials have not blamed the robbery on the man, they are very interested in tracking him down, stating that they believe he may be able to assist in their investigation.
