Taiwanese father sexually harasses daughter with developmental disabilities

Xiao Chin, a 14-year-old girl with developmental disabilities in Taiwan, was found to have been sexually abused by her father since she was 1 year old. After abusing her, Xiao Chin's father would often tie her up in the bathroom. Xiao Chin spoke of being forced to perform oral sex on her father and had also been raped by her own brother. After the abuse was discovered, her father was charged with sexual assault.
