Get fit tips: '6 meals a day,' says Korea fitness queen Jung Da-yeon (鄭多燕 정다연)
Jung Da-yeon (鄭多燕 정다연), the 47-year-old South Korean fitness expert, has brought a new fitness fad to Hong Kong.
With her petite features and atheletic body, it's hard to tell that she's a mother of two and already in her late 40s. Jung looks 20 years younger than her actual age, but she didn't always look that way. In 2003, after two pregnancies, her weight climbed up to 70 kg. That's when she realized she needed to stick to a strict diet and fitness regimen.

Jung visited Hong Kong on Dec. 29 to promote her latest fitness routine, "figurerobics." She also revealed that her tips for staying in shape are to eat more, exercise more and sleep more. That's why she eats six meals every day! This program has helped Jung become a fitness phenomenon in many Asian countries.
