Cop Jason Fougere takes nude selfie, sends it to woman

A federal police officer is now under investigation after allegedly sending a nude selfie to a woman who had initially come to him for help.
The unidentified 31-year-old woman and her mother were looking for assistance in finding her uncle, a veteran, so they went to the VA hospital in Westwood, California. At the hospital she met Officer Jason Fougere.
The woman said Fougere took her information and her cell phone number. He also allegedly gave her his card with his personal cell number written on it. The woman said a few days later she got a text asking if she had a boyfriend and if she wanted to go for coffee sometime.
"I quickly responded that I was in a meeting," said the woman, "and I couldn't talk right now."
Officer Fougere followed with a selfie of himself in his full uniform with a message, "Here's something to remember me." The woman and her mother laughed at the uniform selfie because it was shocking.
The woman said the texts became a lot more graphic and sexual in nature. One text complimented the woman on her large breasts. "Your boobs are humongous. They must be fake. Those with be the first fake t**s I touch," he wrote in one text.
That's when Fougere had the great idea to send the naked selfie of himself and a razor.
The woman texted back that he was "way out of line."
Fougere texted back, "Very sorry! I won't contact you anymore!"
The VA said they were conducting an internal investigation regarding the alleged misconduct. Fougere has been reassigned without any law enforcement authority as the investigation is conducted.
