Bouncy castle terror: Kids seriously injured after freak wind gust takes inflatable into the air

Two young boys from upstate New York were seriously injured when the bouncy castle they were playing in was lifted up into the air by a freak gust of wind.
Three kids, aged 10, 6 and 5, were playing in a Little Tykes' bounce house that had been properly staked into the ground on a grassy area outside a home in South Glen Falls, New York.
When a huge gust of wind picked it up, ripped out the stakes and took the inflatable up into the air.
A 10-year-old girl tumbled and injured her shoulder as the bouncy castle took to the air.
But the two boys were not so lucky, the first fell onto the road from a height of around 15 feet, breaking several bones, while the second suffered a serious head injury after falling onto the back of a parked car from about 20 feet.
The bouncy castle continued climbing, reaching heights of more than 100 feet before finally coming to rest in the field of a nearby school.
The boys are now recovering at a local hospital.
