ESPN's Britt McHenry's cruel rant at tow truck company cashier gets her suspended

Washington D.C.-based ESPN reporter Britt McHenry exposed the rarely seen ugly side of primadonna TV reporters after she unleashed a torrent of verbal abuse on a tow truck company employee earlier this month.

McHenry wasn't too happy when her car was towed while she was enjoying some Chinese food at Hunan restaurant in Arlington, Virginia. As she tried to retrieve her vehicle, McHenry ranted at an employee of the towing company responsible for towing her vehicle.

After McHenry angrily threatened to sue the towing company, the Advanced Towing employee warned her about the office's security camera. She ignored the warning, however, and continued her verbal assault on the employee. McHenry denigrated the employee's looks, job and educational background.

After video footage of McHenry's meltdown was posted online, ESPN responded by suspending her for a week.
