Saudi Prince tweets 'Bentleys for bombers' to reward pilots for Yemen air strikes

An interesting tweet from billionaire Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal appears to offer an award of 100 Bentleys to the pilots involved in the Saudi bombing campaign in Yemen.

The tweet which, which split opinion among netizens, has now been deleted and Saudi media are reporting that Prince Talal's account was hacked.

According to the to the BBC, the post was shared around 28,000 times and liked 5,000 times.

Saudi Arabia carried out almost a month of airstrikes against Shiite-Houthi rebels in Yemen.

The World Health Organization said the bombings have killed 944 people and injured 3,487.

The Red Cross have reported the humanitarian situation in Yemen to be 'catastrophic'.
