8-tonne WHALE SHARK found dead off Sutrapada coast in Gir-Somnath - Tv9 Gujarati

Gir-Somnath: A 45-feet-long and 8-tonne weighted whale shark was found dead off Sutrapada coast in Gir-Somnath district which left people amazed. The range forest officers from Veraval rushed to the site and started investigation whether was it a natural death. The exact cause of its death would be known only after receipt of the post-mortem report.
