Caribbean Heavily Affected by HIV Infections

After Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean is the area most affected by the HIV virus. The member countries of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States have agreed to work together to obtain access to AIDS funding to be earmarked to the most at risk sectors of the population.
