Colombia Releases Controversial Chinese Ship

Colombia has authorized the departure of a Chinese ship that was caught carrying explosives to Cuba illegally. Colombian authorities say the ship’s cargo poses no threat to the general population. The ship was detained in February after docking in the coastal city of Cartagena.
