New York City Police Sergeant David John retired in 2013, but this year he was accused of sexual harassment by NYPD Officer Ann Cardenas.
He’s fired back with a lawsuit, claiming the two had a consensual relationship for about two years, which included the occasional blowjob from Officer Cardenas in the 83rd Precinct’s lounge room.
John says Cardenas used her attractiveness to manipulate him into treating her better. He says she sent him sexy pics and even a video of her “clapping her buttocks” while she danced.
John’s lawsuit says investigators fell prey to gender stereotyping, instantly believing the female officer because she’s a woman.
John’s firearms were seized as part of the investigation, jeopardizing John’s chances of working in security.
We don’t really know in what way John is accused of sexually harassing Cardenas, so it’s hard to say if this is political correctness gone wrong or what.
