Cop flashes junk: Officer Jason Miller exposed himself at traffic stops

A 37-year-old New Jersey policeman has been booked and charged with official misconduct for allegedly unzipping his fly and exposing his junk during several traffic stops.
Jason Miller, a 13-year veteran of the Newton Police Department is currently free on $35,000 bail after being charged on Monday with lewdness and two counts of official misconduct, according to chief Michael Richards and the Sussex County prosecutor’s office.
Miller did not issue any citations for any of the stops even though one driver had an expired license and registration and another driver who admitted to drinking and driving.
Internal affairs was tipped off by caller on the department’s tip line who said that he felt that Miller had sexually harassed him during a traffic stop. After investigators located the caller, they discovered similar experiences. Internal affairs looked at five traffic stops of male drivers between the ages of 18 and 26 in a probe that lasted from March to October.
An 18-year-old college student was stopped by Miller in September and said that the cop’s fly was down and his genitals were exposed. Miller let the teen drive off. The teen later told his girlfriend Miller’s “junk was hanging out,” officials said.
After investigators viewed Miller’s traffic stop videos, they said one from August shows Miller’s “pants are open and his genitals are exposed.”
In another video, “the sound of a zipper opening and/or closing” can be heard.
Miller has been suspended without pay pending his trial.
