Gun safety: Irresponsible gun owner shot to death by her own child

Brian and Christa Engles were a happy married couple with two children, a son age three and a little girl who just turned one. This is their house in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Unfortunately, last week while Christa was changing her baby’s diaper her son was playing nearby and found a loaded handgun under the couch. He fired a single shot that went through his mother’s head.
Christa’s mother-in-law found Christa and the two children a few hours later when she went by and no one answered the door. Christa was rushed to hospital but pronounced dead upon arrival.
