Window security bars freak accident: 4-year-old girl dies after getting head stuck in window

A Fresno, California girl is dead after what police have determined to be a freak accident, according to an ABC30 report.
On Sunday, Estefania Duque, 4, was playing in her bedroom when she apparently tried to slip through the security bar affixed to the window.
A family member found the girl's body when they arrived at the home just after 4pm. Police believe the child tried to climb out of the window. Her body fit, but her head became stuck, trapping her.
