Solar panel salesman throws pig poo on customer’s houses, extorts money

After a 4 month long investigation police have finally arrested Jian Changchen as the head of a group of thugs that have been extorting and threatening business owners in the Keelung area. Keelung is a port city to the north of Taiwan’s capital, Taipei.
Mr. Jian, the man in the sunny yellow shirt but lacking a sunny disposition, operated a solar panel business. He would convince other business owners to install solar panels on the roofs of their establishments.
However, when the work would only be 70-80% complete Mr. Jian and his thugs would appear demanding the remainder of the payment for installing the panels.
If owners failed to pay up, Mr. Jian and his cronies would literally slop pig poo on their homes or businesses. Othertimes Mr. Jian and company would smash property and cars to make their point.
Police have arrested 13 people in connection with Mr. Jian and his not-so-sunny operations.
