Man falls for model look-a-like and gives her $64,000 to settle debts, she comes back for more

A 60-year-old man fell completely head over heels in love seven years ago when he met a hostess at a hostess bar who looked just like Taiwanese supermodel Lin Chi-ling.
After spending a few evenings with her, the man, identified only by his surname, Yu, forked over the equivalent $64,000 to help buy her out of her contract at the hostess bar and help her run away with him.
Yu then returned to Kaohsiung, in southern Taiwan, and waited for the beautiful damsel in distress he had saved to appear on his doorstep.
How many of you are predicting that there’ll be no happy ending here?
Well, you’re right.
Seven years later Yu was still waiting when he received a phone call. The woman claimed to be the beautiful hostess he’d rescued seven years ago and she told him she’d been kidnapped because she owed some bad people money. Yu then withdrew another $9,000 and went to meet up with the woman.
Only when he saw her, she’d aged since he’d last seen her seven years ago, and he felt cheated. He then reported her to the police for fraud.
Sometimes all it takes is a pretty face to turn a man’s head.
