High Speed Chase: video shows dramatic police chase of car thieves in Johannesburg

A dramatic video from Johannesburg shows cops chasing a stolen vehicle that refuses to stop. The thieves reportedly even fired shots at the police.

But after weaving, hitting other cars and committing a list of other driving offenses, the thieves ended the chase by helpfully crashing into a tree. Cops say they found three men and lots of guns in the stolen vehicle.

One of the thieves ended up in critical condition, either from police bullets or perhaps from slamming into a tree at 100 miles an hour.
