That latter is exactly why Nancy Duarte showed up at American Power Yoga in Dallas one evening, only rather than working through her frustrations on a mat, she allegedly did so with a can of gasoline and some matches. 

Duarte, who was later arrested, said, “I thought it was going to make me happy… to burn the place that had brought me so much pain and suffering.”

The quest for wellbeing is also what prompted her to smile in her mu
