Every town has one? the small business owner who just seems to push everyone's buttons the wrong way. Well, in Hurricane, Utah it's Stephen Ward, owner of Barista's Restaurant, which is now owner to a huge sign featuring a bull statue that features massive genetalia. Stephen says the town approved it, and the town says he just did it to mess with them. We're not picking sides, we're just saying that massive animal boners are pretty funny.
