Couple Receives Sentence In Picasso's Stolen Artworks Trial

A French couple has received a two year suspended sentence following a trial regarding stolen works of painter Pablo Picasso. A court in Grasse, France found Pierre le Guennec and his wife Danielle guilty of possessing stolen goods in reference to more than 250 works of arts that were stored in the pair's garage.

Pablo Picasso is considered to be one of the world's greatest artists, so it's not surprising that some people would try to benefit off his artwork.
