Le latte art, un art qui fait des émules partout sur la planète et fait l'objet de véritables championnats, en Australie, en Asie, aux Etats Unis, en Angleterre….et depuis quelques temps en France !
Qu’est ce que le Latte Art ? C’est une des facettes du métier de barista qui consiste à mélanger le lait avec le café pour dessiner dans la mousse.
Les dessins et motifs apparaissent en surface de la tasse mais nécessitent auparavant une maîtrise technique pointue : des couches différentes, l'inclinaison spécifique, la quantité de lait, la vitesse à laquelle on verse, le mouvement de la main, etc.
